Hello! I’m glad you’re here. As a therapist in training, I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for my clients to explore their past, present, and future with curiosity and non-judgment. While I create a tailored approach to suit each client’s needs, my primary theoretical influences are rooted in Gestalt and psychodynamic therapies. I am passionate about helping clients let go of shame and live authentically and in alignment with their values. I also love helping clients develop a deeper mind-body connection and soothe their dysregulated nervous systems. Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly a decade working as a civil rights lawyer in Chicago. I am in my final year of a Master's degree in Counseling at Northwestern University, and I live in the city with my wife and border collie.
