I believe that we all hold the keys to our own success, but sometimes, we just need someone to stay beside us as we try and find where we put them.

I am a therapist-in-training, who shows up as my authentic self and I invite my clients to do the same. I use compassion, directness, and humor to create a space that feels warm, affirming, and collaborative. My approach is rooted in person-centered, anti-oppressive, relational, and trauma-informed frameworks.

I am especially passionate about working with those living with chronic illness, exploring their gender identity and/or sexuality, navigating complicated family dynamics, or reflecting on the role substances may play in their lives through the lens of harm reduction. As a queer, chronically ill, and neurodivergent person myself, I understand that it’s important to be seen for every aspect of who we are and where we come from. Together, we’ll go wherever feels meaningful to you, making sure to stop and see each important sight along the way.

I am currently finishing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northeastern Illinois University. Outside of the counseling room, you can find me spending too much money on a new craft, reading in the sun, fighting with my cat, or seeing live music. If you’ve made it this far and feel we may be a good fit, please reach out for a consultation and let’s chat!
