Every single person carries an important story inside them. As a former journalist, I believe that no matter where you come from or what you’ve experienced, your story matters. Today – a career-change later – I am a queer, neurodivergent therapist who knows from experience that the stories of our lives are complex and full of surprises. I’m dedicated to helping you navigate the weirdness that life throws your way and creating a roadmap toward reconnection with yourself.

I feel honored by the opportunity to build a therapeutic alliance with clients. I am especially passionate about working with fellow neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ people, individuals seeking to process adverse religious experiences and/or high control groups, and tender-hearted folks who were taught their feelings were “too intense” or “too much.”

In therapy, I’ll be a fellow traveler on your singular journey, showing up with expressiveness, authenticity, and a collaborative spirit. Together, we’ll forge a path that’s tailored to your unique identities, strengths, and goals while contextualizing your lived experiences within the larger systems we live in. My therapeutic style is informed by the principles of existential, feminist, and relational-cultural theories, as well as IFS-informed parts work.

Personal interests include: Mystery novels, my kitties (Claire and Cleo), noodles (all kinds), Twin Peaks, power ballads.
