Andie Baumgartner

I am a queer & neurodivergent Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I started Rowan Tree in 2019 dreaming of a space dedicated to inclusive, affirming, liberatory mental health care for all. Since then, my north star has been building programs to nourish and empower humans across the spectrum of gender, sexuality, and relationship diversity. I began my career working in residential and community mental health settings, gaining experience working with individuals seeking relief from anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. I have also worked extensively with clients recovering from traumatic experiences. My greatest passion is working with anyone who seeks to live a life outside of the expected- coloring outside the lines; I love working with individuals who seek a greater sense of balance, who want to live a more values-aligned life, and those exploring non-monogamy and other alternative relationship constellations. I am anti-racist, neurodivergence affirming, queer allied, sex positive, polyamory affirming, and kink knowledgeable.
